Our costs vary depending on the price of fuel and other petroleum-based products used in our business. A variable energy surcharge will be included as a separate line item on each invoice. The surcharge is based on the Monthly U.S. Average On-Road Diesel Price as published by the U.S. Department of Energy, Energy Information Administration on its website at www.eia.gov/petroleum/gasdiesel. We reserve the right to apply the surcharge in our sole discretion. Please note that we do not establish the Monthly U.S. Average On-Road Diesel Price.
