Select the water and delivery options that fit your routine.
Choose from purified brands like Pure Life® and Primo Water™, premium options like Saratoga® and The Mountain Valley® Spring Water, and  flavored sparkling options like Splash Refresher®. You can also add a water dispenser or accessories to complete your setup. Dispensers are available for purchase or rental, depending on your preference.

Complete Your Setup
After selecting your products, you’ll confirm your delivery frequency within the cart summary. You can choose every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks, or a one-time delivery.
During checkout, you’ll also see any applicable fees, such as a one-time refundable bottle deposit and delivery fee.
 All charges are clearly displayed before you place your order.
 If you would like to create an online account, it’s easy and can be done during checkout, or you can check out as a guest.

It’s Delivery Day!
Your water arrives on your scheduled day, delivered by your local Primo team.
You don’t need to be home for delivery. For businesses or secure buildings, someone may need to be available to allow access to the building or office.
If you’d like help setting up your dispenser, someone 18 years or older will need to be available when your delivery driver arrives. Your local driver can help place and set up the dispenser so it’s ready to use.
If you purchased a dispenser, it may arrive in a separate shipment prior to your first water delivery. If you rented a dispenser, it will arrive with your first water delivery.

Once your water is set up, you’re ready to enjoy water from the brands you know and trust.
You're always in control when you sign up for your online account at water.com or the ReadyRefresh My Water+ app. Once you have your account set up you can: manage future deliveries, explore additional products, update communication preferences, pause or adjust service, and pay your bill.
