Primo Water North America Privacy Policy - Texas Addendum

Introduction

DS Services of America, Inc., dba Primo Water North America ("Primo," "we," "us," or "our") values the privacy of our customers. This Privacy Policy Texas Addendum ("Texas Addendum") supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to consumers who are residents of Texas who interact with us in an individual or household context. This Texas Addendum may use certain terms defined in the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act ("TDPSA").

Your Texas Privacy Rights

If you are a Texas consumer, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Right to Access - You have the right to confirm whether we are processing your personal data. This right includes the right to access and receive information about personal information we collect about you. If available in a digital format, you have the right to obtain a copy of the personal information your provided to us in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format.

• Right to Correct - You have the right to request correction of your personal information, where it is inaccurate or incomplete.

• Right to Delete - You have the right to request that we delete your personal information.

• Right to Opt-Out of Certain Processing - You have the right to direct Primo not to process your personal information for purposes of targeted advertising, the sale of your personal data, or for profiling in furtherance of a decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect.

Exercising Your Rights

1. Identity Verification

To help protect your privacy and maintain security, we verify your identity before responding to access, deletion, correction, and opt-out requests. To verify your identity to confirm that the personal information requested relates to you, we will ask for certain information, such as name, phone number, and delivery address. In addition, if you ask us to provide you with specific pieces of personal information, we may require you to sign a declaration under penalty of perjury that you are the consumer whose personal information is the subject of the request. You may have an authorized agent submit a request to opt out of the processing of your personal information for purposes of targeted advertising and the sale of your personal data on your behalf by emailing us at the address provided below. If you wish to use an authorized agent, we will take steps to verify your identity (as described above) and the authorized agent's authority to act on your behalf.
