What Happens Next?

Effective February 9, 2026 all of the beverage deliveries you’ve been receiving from Tulpehocken will be provided by Primo BrandsTM. Our goal during this transition is to ensure that you are up to date on any changes and understand the additional benefits available to you. In the coming weeks, we’ll be in touch with you via email, keeping you updated on how to get the most from your water delivery service.

Continued Great Service

You will now receive 3- and 5-gallon Deer Park® and/or Poland Spring® bottled water. Pricing remains unchanged. We also offer a wide array of great bottled water products and equipment.

Delivery Schedule

As we make this transition, your delivery day and delivery person will change, and your delivery truck may look a little different. To view your new delivery schedule, go to https://www.readyrefresh.com/en/signup/online and create your online account using the email associated with your account.

Invoices

Invoices will be generated monthly. A delivery fee and late charge may apply.

Paperless Billing

Save paper and save money! If you sign up to receive electronic invoices, it will help you avoid the $6 fee charged for processing, handling and mailing paper invoices. We waive this fee for the first 90 days to give you time to sign up and avoid this charge. If you currently receive electronic invoices from Tulpehocken, you will now receive e-invoices from Primo Brands.

Your New Account & Past Balances

As part of the transition, you will receive a new Primo Brands account number.  If you had a balance with Tulpehocken Mountain Spring Water as of February 6, 2026, then that outstanding balance will transfer to your new account and will be due to Primo Brands.

If you’ve sent in a payment to Tulpehocken Mountain Spring Water, we will post your payment to your new Primo Brands account after February 6, 2026.  Please make sure to check your first statement for your new remit address once you've set up your online account, or received your statement via mail.

Water Types
Purified

Enjoy the crisp, clean taste of purified water. Purified water is filtered to remove impurities like chemicals and other contaminants for pure refreshment.

Spring

Crisp, pure, and refreshing. Spring water comes from an underground formation and is collected at its source and bottled for your enjoyment.

Alkaline

Primo Water Plus is a purified water enhanced with minerals for a smooth taste and a pH level of 9.5 at the time of bottling.

Distilled

Sparkletts distilled water is boiled to remove all impurities, reducing water to its purest form, H20.
